Terms of use

These terms govern the use of pedagreel.com and the PEDAG·REEL Studio during the private beta. By using the service, you accept them.

The beta

The beta is free and invitation-only. The service is under development: features may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Keep a copy of your important scripts, recordings and videos.

Your access

Your account is personal and invitation-only. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us at hello@pedagreel.com if you think they have been compromised. To keep the service available to everyone, each account has daily usage and storage limits, shown in the Studio when reached.

Your content is yours

Your scripts, your voice and the videos you produce remain yours. You only authorize us to host and process them to provide the service (transcription, cleanup, script and animation generation, export), as described in the privacy policy.

What you agree to

• Only use your own voice, or the voice of someone who has agreed to it.
• Hold the rights to what you add (scripts, logos, images).
• Not produce content that is illegal, hateful, misleading or infringes others' rights.
• Not try to bypass the service's security or overload it.

AI-generated content

Scripts and edits suggested by AI can contain mistakes. Review and check what you publish: you remain responsible for the content of your videos.

The PEDAG·REEL service

The software, name, logo and design of PEDAG·REEL belong to PEDAG·REEL. Fonts used in the videos are under a free license (SIL Open Font License).

Liability

During the beta, the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, PEDAG·REEL is not liable for data loss or indirect damages related to its use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you, including under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

Ending access

You can stop using the service and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. We may suspend access that doesn't follow these terms, or end the beta with at least 14 days' notice so you can download your videos.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
